At https://dacorz.com, we deal in both digital products (downloads, files, templates, etc.) and physical products (decorative items, covers, etc.). Please read our policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Digital Products (Downloads, Files, Templates, etc.)

No Returns

Since our products are digitally delivered, they cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed.

Please check the product description and details carefully before purchasing.

No Refunds

All sales of digital products are final.

We do not provide refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered.

Exceptions (Refund Allowed Only If):
Refunds will be issued only in rare cases, such as:

If you were charged twice by mistake.

If you did not receive the product due to a technical error (e.g., download link not working, payment deducted but product not delivered).

👉 In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

2. Physical Products (Decorative Items, etc.)

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of exchanges, we will send a replacement item after the returned product is approved.

No Returns/Refunds in these cases:

If the product is used or damaged by the customer.

If the product is returned without original packaging.

If the return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
