Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective/damaged:
Customized or personalized products (e.g., printed mugs, custom decor).
Digital/downloadable products.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund (including shipping charges).
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible only for the same item if it is defective or damaged.
If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs (except in cases of defective/damaged items).
